Is Kindle a protected environment for books who wish to throw themselves off of the shelf?

While it's not quite the same, I'd say that even books on your kindle count...they're still books...just not on a shelf. BTW, where's the sexy posts...? Oh and when is that book going to be done? I want to read it!! I'm getting impatient...!
The subject matter at the end of the book is rather difficult to work through, and given everything else that's been going on as of late, that makes it all the more so.
